Online Mindfulness Courses

1 hour online Introduction to Mindfulness events held on the 4th Monday of every month for only £10

We will discuss the benefits of mindfulness, how it works and Dr Aileen will give you an opportunity to experience a practice. We will then have the opportunity to discuss your health concerns, making mindfulness work for you and answer any questions you may have. This is an in-depth, taster session with Dr Aileen. At £10, this is a fraction of the fees for the regular mindfulness sessions to give you affordable, insightful information to improve your health. Cultivate attention, regulate emotions & reduce rumination and worry

Each mindfulness online course is an 8-week program spending 2 hours each week learning in a small group setting. Between each session, you are encouraged to commit to a daily mindfulness practice to get the most out of the course.

Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is available to anyone looking to cultivate attention skills, develop emotional regulation, reduce rumination and worry.

In an online MBSR course, we use a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga and explore patterns of behaviour, thinking, feeling and action.

Online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Courses

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is better suited to those with a history of mental health problems and has been shown to reduce the relapse of episodes of depression.

MBCT courses are similar to MBSR but also involve Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods and are only taught by trained healthcare professionals.

Prior to starting a course, a short meeting will determine what program is most suitable for you.
